Frequently asked questions
The twelve questions we are asked most often before a first appointment — answered plainly.
01
Where is Bloom Clinic located?
Bloom Clinic has two centres. In Rabat, rue Assindiane no. 7, sector 10 block R, Hay Riad 10100. In Casablanca, 303 boulevard Brahim Roudini. Both addresses offer the same range of non-invasive aesthetic medical treatments and are open Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 8 pm.
02
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. The first consultation is complimentary and carries no obligation. It includes an in-depth skin diagnosis, a full assessment and a personalised treatment plan. It is also when we tell you if a treatment is not right for you: a reasoned no is worth more than a session that will achieve nothing.
03
What treatments does Bloom Clinic offer?
Non-surgical treatments only, in four families: facial treatments (HydraFacial, Carbon Peeling, radiofrequency, HIFU, microneedling, skin modelling, photorejuvenation), body slimming (lipocavitation, Powershape, cryolipolysis, lipolaser), body treatments (ozone therapy, EM-Sculpt, pressotherapy) and permanent hair removal by laser or intense pulsed light. Vaginal HIFU and teeth whitening complete the range.
04
Are the treatments painful?
For the most part, no. Most protocols sit somewhere between warmth and tingling: deep heat for HIFU and radiofrequency, intense cold for the first few minutes of cryolipolysis, a rubber-band snap for laser hair removal. Microneedling is the most sensitive and is performed after a numbing cream is applied.
05
How many sessions before I see a result?
It depends entirely on the technology. Some protocols, such as HIFU, are a single session whose effect builds over two to three months. Others are courses: laser hair removal usually takes six to eight sessions spaced four to eight weeks apart, while body slimming and microneedling are worked in series. The exact number is set during the initial assessment.
06
Will I need downtime?
Almost never. That is the whole point of non-invasive treatment: most sessions fit into a lunch break and you leave able to wear make-up. The exceptions are limited and temporary — redness for twenty-four to forty-eight hours after microneedling, mild sensitivity after a laser session. None of these treatments requires general anaesthesia or a hospital stay.
07
Are these treatments suitable for medium and darker skin tones?
Yes, provided the right technology and the right settings are chosen. Phototypes IV to VI, the majority in Morocco, respond differently to light: diode and Nd:YAG lasers suit them well, whereas intense pulsed light calls for far more caution. That is exactly what the skin diagnosis determines before any first session.
08
Can these treatments be done in summer?
Yes for most, no for the protocols that use light. Laser hair removal, IPL, photorejuvenation and peels cope badly with recently tanned skin: the risk of pigment marks rises. Treatments that do not depend on pigment — HIFU, radiofrequency, pressotherapy, EM-Sculpt, cryolipolysis — can be done year-round, with daily sun protection.
09
How is this different from cosmetic surgery?
Surgery removes or repositions tissue under anaesthesia, in an operating theatre, with scars and a recovery period. Non-invasive aesthetic medicine stimulates or targets tissue from the outside: focused ultrasound, radiofrequency, cold, light. Results are more gradual and more moderate, but there is no incision, no general anaesthesia and no time off.
10
Do you treat men?
Yes, and they make up a growing share of our appointments. The most common requests are permanent hair removal on the back and chest, firming of the face and neck, remodelling of the abdominal area and skin-quality treatments. The protocols are the same; the settings are adapted to generally thicker skin.
11
How is pricing set?
The price depends on the technology, the area treated and the number of sessions agreed at the assessment: one hair-removal area does not compare with a full facial protocol. We give you a quote at the end of the first consultation, which is free, once the treatment plan is settled. You leave with a price, not a range.
12
How do I book an appointment?
By phone on +212 6 62 25 10 67, by email at contact@centre-esthetique-bloom-clinic.com, or from the “Book an appointment” page of this site. We are open Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 8 pm, and will call you back to agree a slot. The first consultation, skin diagnosis included, remains free and without obligation.
