Before commencing your IPL hair removal session, it is essential to prepare your skin thoroughly. We advise you to avoid any sun exposure prior to the treatment. Furthermore, please ensure your skin is clean and free of cosmetic products. To optimise treatment results, we will also invite you to shave the hair in the area to be treated.
IPL Hair Removal Session
The time for your IPL hair removal session has arrived. You will be comfortably reclined as our expert utilises a specialised device to emit intense light pulses onto the targeted area. These pulses are absorbed by the hair pigments, leading to the destruction of the hair follicle. While you may experience a slight sensation of warmth or tingling, please be assured that this is generally well-tolerated.
Post-Treatment Care
Following the session, it is important to care for your skin. You might experience a mild sensation of warmth or skin irritation, but rest assured, this will dissipate quickly. We will recommend post-treatment care, such as applying a soothing cream or aloe vera gel, and advise you to avoid sun exposure for a few days.
